Welcome to the 8th Grade ELA/History Project

Women's Suffrage Movement
This wiki contains the resources you'll need to complete research for both the ELA and the History parts of the project. The theme for the project is:

American Reform Movements of the 19th and Early 20th Century America

For the ELA portion of the project, you will need to do research in the library and at home. You will turn in the following:
  • - Graphic organizer (given to you in class and available on this wiki for download) completely filled out
    - Information presentation (poster, mobile, shoebox, brochure, pamphlet, or other format of your choosing)
    - Bibliography

For the history portion of the project, you will use the graphic organizer you complete in your ELA class to create:
  • - A research paper
  • - A bibliography

Possible topics for the project include the following. If you have another topic that interests you, you must get approval from your history teacher.
